Digital Products
As all of our products are digital PDF downloads, we are unable to accept returns once the file has been downloaded or accessed. This is because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you have a problem with your purchase — such as a file not downloading correctly or a technical issue — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase and will always try to find a fair solution.
