Before you write — a few quick answers
Your download didn't arrive. Check your spam and promotions folders first, as the delivery email sometimes lands there. If it's still missing, message us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it straight away.
Your file won't open. Our PDF guides need a PDF reader — most phones and computers already have one. DayFlow is an app file that opens in any web browser, so no special software is needed. Tell us which device you're using and we'll talk you through it.
You want a refund. Have a read of our Returns Policy first, then get in touch. We look at every request fairly and we'd rather sort a problem out than leave you stuck.
You have a question we haven't covered. Our FAQ page answers the most common ones. If yours isn't there, just ask.
A note on what we can and can't help with
We're parents sharing what worked for us, not clinicians. We can help with anything to do with your order, our guides, or how to get the most out of them. But we can't give medical, psychological or educational advice about your individual child — that's a conversation for your GP, your child's school, or a qualified professional who knows them.
